We are open for Repairs, sales and installations on essential appliances, but we must all help to keep each other safe.
After many weeks of being closed due to Coronavirus we have now been able to partially open for nearly a month now.
The showroom remains closed for now, as we are still able to deal with our customers repair needs and supply new appliances over the phone and via email. We are currently available Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm on the phone or by email.
Although we have been told that we can re-open our doors on Monday 15th June we have decided not to at this stage. As things stand, we can help replace your broken freezer, we can repair your oven and we can bring back to life the washing machine that you and your 3 kids rely upon. If we were to re-open the shop and somebody brings COVID 19 into the workplace the whole staff would have to self-isolate and the service that we provide would once again be forced to close. This way it allows those working in the back office or from home to keep social distancing measures, keeping us all safe. So please understand that this is the best way to continue serving you safely.
Should there be a very particular need to visit the showroom please contact the shop and it may be possible to make an appointment for one person to come in to discuss their needs. We would ask for you to wear a face mask and sanitize your hands when you enter and would only consider it if absolutely essential.
We would like to take this opportunity thank you, our customers, for being excellent at helping us to continue working, by respecting our engineers and delivery drivers and keeping a safe distance while we are in your homes.
